Another local website launched!

I just finished the graphic work and website for one of my favourite local busineses, La Maison Jaune, a wonderful antique store right here in the heart of Hemmingford Village.

If you are in the Hemmingford area, this shop is definitely worth visiting. They have an eclectic variety of antique furniture, glassware, ceramics and other collectibles as well as some very unique new items. They also carry a selection of my cards and framed giclee prints.

Sometimes I really hate framing.

October 3rd and 4th I'll be taking part in the first Hemmingford Artists Studio Tour. Since I don't technically have a studio, at least not one I'd care to have the public enter, I'll be at the Old Convent in the village of Hemmingford with 6 other artists.

It's the perfect time to visit the area. Apples are in full swing and Hemmingford has several U-pick orchards that are worth visiting. I'm going to plug these two, since I did their websites:

On September 12th and 13th I took part in the annual Roxham Woolgathering. It takes place on a stunning century old farm here in the Hemmingford area. I shared a great space in the barn with Evelyne Bouchard, a wonderful linocut print maker. Check out her work on Etsy. Evelyne made a sign on the first day to direct people into the barn. The next day she decided to add "pigs" when we realized what a major attraction our other barn mates were. You do what you have to do.
